Terms of Use and Purchase

(1) Introduction

These Terms of Use and Purchase (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lovefit.app (the “Website”) and your purchase of any digital content and services made available through the Website (together, the “Service” or “Products”). The Service is operated under the trading name “LoveFit” (“LoveFit”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms, which form part of your contract with us. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

When we refer to the Website, we mean lovefit.app and any digital content, tools, and services provided by LoveFit through it.

Please read carefully — intended use of our Products

We make no claims regarding emotional, health, relationship, or commercial benefits of using the Service. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. In particular:

  • Our Products are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, not for medical or psychological assessment.
  • Our Products do not provide professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
  • The Service cannot account for your full personal context. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation.
  • Any decisions you make based on the Service are your responsibility, and we are not liable for those decisions.
  • Our Products are for personal use only and are not intended for employment, recruitment, screening, therapy, diagnosis, or similar contexts.

AI-generated content

Parts of the Service may use AI technologies to generate text or insights (“AI Output”). AI Output is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You agree to use AI Output at your own discretion and risk.

Do not share sensitive personal data (e.g., medical information, financial data, passwords, or other confidential information) in your inputs.

Language and translations

If the Service is available in languages other than English, the accuracy of translations is not guaranteed. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails.

Cookies and privacy

We may use cookies and similar technologies. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

(2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use the Website and purchase Products.

(3) The LoveFit Test and Report

The Website allows you to complete a compatibility test and receive a digital report (the “Report”). The Report is generated automatically and may include AI Output. We may change Report structure, content, or features over time.

(4) Purchase of Digital Content and Services

Licensed, not sold

Products are licensed to you for personal use. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Service and Products (including templates, layout, branding, text structure, and code).

Order and payment

Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider (currently Paddle). By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

Your purchase is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and access to the Product is provided.

Delivery

After successful payment, the Report is made available via:

  • terms.sections.s4.deliveryItems.0
  • delivery to your email address.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it.

(5) Refund Policy

Payments for Products on this Website are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with Paddle’s consumer terms.

5.1 Consumer right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a Consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days from the day after purchase, without giving any reason.

5.2 Digital content (immediate delivery) — loss of cancellation right

Where the Product is digital content that is made available immediately after purchase (for example, an online Report), by completing the purchase you:

  • consent to immediate delivery/performance of the digital content, and
  • acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the download or delivery of the digital content has started.

5.3 Technical delivery issues

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the Product, your remedy is a replacement of the Product or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.

5.4 How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at support@lovefit.app and include:

  • the email used at checkout
  • approximate purchase date/time
  • transaction ID (if available)

Refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

(6) Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website in a way that:

  • violates any law or regulation
  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • disrupts or overloads the Service
  • scrapes, copies, or reverse-engineers the Service or its content
  • uses the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

(7) User Content and Inputs

You are responsible for the information you submit (names, text, answers). You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We do not claim ownership over your inputs, but you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service (e.g., generate the Report).

(8) Intellectual Property

All rights in the Website and Products are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share the Report or any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our permission.

(9) Disclaimers

The Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation
  • error-free output
  • accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Report

(10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

(11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

(12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
